Initial Consultation
At some point or another, we have all experienced a life changing event that has left our hearts heavy and our minds in a fog.
During this 30 minute consultation with Coach D, you will assess how your life's experiences has shaped your perspective and different strategies you can implement to create a healthy balance between your mind and your heart.
Individual Coaching
The journey of healing is one the hardest journey's we as human beings will ever take.
In this six-month coaching program Coach D walks her clients through the process of getting restoration for their broken hearts. Coaching Session topics include:

Each session is individually catered for the client and their experiences.
Group Coaching
The journey of healing is one the hardest journey's we as human beings will ever take but sometimes knowing we have community gives us the encouragement we need.
In this 12 session coaching program Coach D walks her clients through the process of getting restoration for their broken hearts every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. Coaching Session topics include:

The minimum group members for a session is 3 and the maximum number of participants is 6.
Couple's Coaching
Couples need help collectively as well as individually. Coach D's coaching sessions are designed to help couples analyze the successes and failures of the relationship and create a common ground the serves as a proper foundation for relationship building.
Each session is specifically catered for individual relationships.
